1. How do I place an order on Moni.bg?

You can easily place an order through our website by adding the desired products to your cart and following the checkout steps.

3. What are the delivery costs and timeframes?

We partner with Econt, and delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on product availability and delivery address.

The delivery price is 6.00 BGN for orders up to 69.00 BGN.

For orders over 69.00 BGN, delivery is free of charge.

4. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. You have the right to return a product within 14 days, provided that it has not been used and is in its original packaging.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete product, we will assist you immediately.

5. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products on Moni.bg come with a warranty in accordance with Bulgarian and European legislation.

We also provide service support for categories such as strollers, car seats, playpens, devices, and more.

6. Do you offer servicing and spare parts?

Yes. Moni.bg has its own service center where we provide diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for products from our brands.

7. Are all products in stock?

Our website displays both in-stock and temporarily out-of-stock items.

If a product is currently unavailable, it will be marked with the text: “Out of stock at the moment”.

8. Do you provide user manuals?

Yes. Product manuals are available in the “Instructions” section on each product page.

There is an active button that allows you to download the corresponding User Manual.

9. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history and makes future purchases faster and easier.

10. Do you have physical stores?

Yes. You can visit our two official retail stores, where you will find a wide range of products and professional consultation.
