Delivery


The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out through a third party, namely courier companies Econt Express EOOD and Europe 2000 AD
 
The delivery is to the office of the specific courier company or to the specified exact address of the recipient / user.

 

DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery times are determined by the schedule for visiting your location.
    • for the country - the delivery time is up to 5 working days
    • for Sofia - the delivery time is up to 3 working days
    • the fixed delivery time service is paid additionally in the amount of BGN 2.50 by the recipient, regardless of the delivery conditions. (* depends on the courier company with which it is delivered)
In exceptional circumstances and for reasons beyond our control, delivery deadlines may not be met, and we take the responsibility to contact you and inform you.
 
PRICE OF DELIVERY:
For orders made up to BGN 69 - fixed price BGN 6 for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria (retail customers).
For orders made over BGN 69 - free delivery for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria (retail customers).
 
DISCOUNTS:
When in the web shop there is a possibility to use different discounts, the site calculates the highest value of the discount for a given product, and 2 or more discounts can not be applied at the same time for the same product.
 
ATTENTION:
In order to receive the goods ordered by you, it is necessary to provide the name of the recipient, contact phone number and exact delivery address - this can be the address you gave during registration or another address of your choice. When specifying a delivery address, make sure that you or another person who is authorized by you to accept it will be at that address within the business day on which the goods will be delivered. After you finalize your order, our operator will contact you by phone for confirmation within the working day for orders made until 12 noon or on the next working day.
 
IMPORTANT!
Upon receipt of the parcel, pay the value of the imposed payment and be sure to check the integrity of the goods in the presence of the courier, especially if it is fragile! In this case, open the parcel as soon as you accept it. In case the goods are damaged, the courier is obliged to write a bilateral protocol in front of you, which will guarantee the re-execution of your order.
 
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
The providing of incomplete or incorrect data in the client's profile makes the order invalid and it does not bind moni.bg with execution.
