WARRANTY SERVICE AND CLAIMS POLICY

The risk of product damage during assembly performed by the consumer is entirely borne by the consumer and at their own expense.

All goods sold in the online store are covered by the statutory warranty for conformity of the goods with the sales contract, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

2. For goods under warranty

You must retain the cash receipt and/or invoice issued at the time of purchase for the entire warranty period.

If you discover a defect or non-conformity during the warranty period, you must present the cash receipt and/or invoice in order for your claim to be accepted and registered by the merchant or an authorized representative.

Without a cash receipt, you lose your right to free warranty service, and all expenses for repair, transportation to the service center, and diagnostics will be at your own cost.

Before submitting a claim, you must verify that the product is still within the warranty period by checking the purchase date on the receipt and/or invoice.

The consumer may not request a refund or price reduction when the merchant offers repair or replacement of the product to restore its conformity.

The repair period is added to the remaining warranty period.

The consumer may not request contract termination when the non-conformity is minor.

Bringing the product into conformity shall be carried out within one month from the date the claim is submitted, as required by the Consumer Protection Act.

The repair or replacement is free of charge for the consumer. The consumer does not owe costs for transportation, spare parts, materials, or labor related to warranty service.

The merchant must honor a request for termination of the contract and refund the paid amount when three repairs of the same product have been carried out within the warranty period and a new non-conformity occurs.

The consumer should be informed by the merchant or manufacturer which parts are excluded from warranty service.

3. The warranty becomes void and claims are not serviced free of charge in the following cases:

The cash receipt and/or invoice is not provided.

Instructions regarding assembly, installation, or maintenance were not followed.

Instructions in the user manual regarding proper use and maintenance were not followed.

The product is incorrectly or partially assembled.

Surface damage occurred during use, transportation, or storage.

Damage resulted from negligent use, overloading, or improper storage.

The product was used for purposes other than its intended use — e.g., testing, demonstrations, rental, etc.

The product was repaired by an unauthorized service or individual.

Modifications or alterations to the construction were made.

Damage occurred due to installation of parts or accessories not included in the product’s original specifications.

Clean the product thoroughly and pack it in complete set, in suitable packaging (preferably the original packaging) to protect it during transport.

Restoring the product’s conformity with the sales contract is free of charge for the consumer. If all conditions are met and the claim is justified, steps will be taken to eliminate the non-conformity, and the consumer does not owe any expenses for shipping, spare parts, materials, or labor associated with the repair.

If the claim is unjustified, transportation costs are at the consumer’s expense. If there are circumstances that void the warranty, repairs may be carried out only after explicit approval from the consumer and will be charged.

The maximum period for resolving a non-conformity is one month from the date the claim was submitted. After service procedures (inspection, evaluation, repair), a claim resolution report is issued. A copy of this report, along with the product and attached documents, is sent back to the consumer.
